Gulfshore Homes Begins Construction on Model Home in West Bay Club

Gulfshore Homes has begun construction on a model home in West Bay Club, an 868-acre golf, tennis and private beach club community adjacent to Estero Bay, announced Steven Watt, President. The model home on Lot No. 8 is one of 26 one- and two-story villa home sites in the WestLake Court neighborhood where Gulfshore Homes is the exclusive builder. WestLake Court offers sunset views and overlooks the 16th and 17th holes of the Pete & P.B. Dye Championship Golf course.

Debbie DeMaria and Salvatore Giso of Vogue Interiors are the interior designers, and Alberto Abad of New Architectura Inc. is the architect. With 3,057 square feet under, the residence includes:
