NAPLES, FL (February 19, 2020) – Scott Clere, a Florida certified building contractor, has been promoted to General Superintendent of Construction at Gulfshore Homes. Clere joined Gulfshore Homes, an award-winning builder that has elevated the luxury home market in Southwest Florida during the last 25 years, in June 2019 as a construction manager and his talents have earned him distinction.

Prior to joining Gulfshore Homes, Clere was a director of construction for Naples-based Coleman Companies. A native of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, he began his career as a carpenter’s apprentice while completing the journeyman’s course through the Associated Builders and Contractors. He worked as a carpentry foreman, assistant superintendent, and project superintendent before relocating to Florida in 1996.

Clere is also a cubmaster for the Fort Myers Cub Scout Pack 3300, and assistant scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 3300.
