Gulfshore Homes has sold its last remaining lot in the luxurious Seneca neighborhood in Talis Park, announced Steven Watt, President. The luxury custom homebuilder owned a total of nine lots, with the latest sale representing the closeout of the Seneca neighborhood.

Wrapped by the vistas of Talis Park’s golf course, the almost half acre homesite will feature a 4,147 square-foot under air custom estate. Consisting of Transitional Caribbean architectural styling, the floor plan is designed to maximize outdoor living in Seneca’s waterfront setting. Construction of the custom home will begin in June.

The Seneca neighborhood features 43 custom single-family residences that provide panoramic views of the water and golf course. Located at 16990 Livingston Road, the 461-acre Talis Park is a luxury golf community of single-family homes and condominiums in five neighborhoods.

Amenities at Talis Park include the Vyne House clubhouse, the Great Lawn, community swimming pool, spa/hot tub, biking and running path, bocce ball, and dog park.

“As one of the most popular neighborhoods in the community, Seneca offers homebuyers the ultimate living experience,” added Watt. “The development of the last homesite provides my team a final opportunity to create a residence that capitalizes on the distinguished elegance and unique character of the community.”
